Filthy Rich X-Ray provides a dashboard for managing adult subscriptions, a closed-loop wallet system, and physical/digital Filthy Rich X-Ray Cards that can be used to purchase content and services from participating creators and studios.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
Filthy Rich X-Ray Cards (Primary and Secondary) and platform wallet balances are for use within the Platform ecosystem. Cards and balances have no cash value outside the Platform unless expressly stated. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of cards should be reported immediately.
All purchases made through the Platform are final except where required by law. Platform fees, creator payouts, and any applicable taxes will be disclosed at the time of purchase where possible.
Content available through the Platform is provided by third-party creators and studios. Filthy Seduction Productions LLC does not produce or own most of the content sold and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of third-party content.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the service for any illegal purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filthy Seduction Productions LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
